Listening to the ddoCAST podcast this morning I found out there are no bonuses to help small guilds level up.
This is good news because there is no worry of being punished for inactive characters. Players should be encouraged to request membership for as many of there characters as they wish.
Recently we achieved level 6. I think this is very good for a small guild of 3 players stretched over many characters. I'm guessing at our current rate we could reach level 10 in a few weeks and 20 in a couple of months.
A few new members could shorten that time significantly. Please post a link to thekillerrabbits.com on your character page or use it in your signature on forums.
